Micless Conference System

The Micless Conference System is an innovative solution designed to streamline microphone access during conferences—particularly in the often chaotic Q&A sessions. Instead of relying on a limited number of handheld microphones being passed around the room, our system transforms every attendee's smartphone into a personal microphone, connected via a secure local network.

Moderator Interface

At the heart of this system is a powerful moderator interface that allows the talk facilitator to fully manage the flow of the session. The interface provides essential tools such as speaker queue management, priority assignment, time limits per question, and the ability to mute or cut off a speaker if they steer off-topic. This gives moderators unprecedented control, ensuring that discussions remain focused, efficient, and inclusive.

Technical Implementation

The Micless Conference System operates on a pre-configured local router, eliminating the need for internet access and ensuring low-latency. The speaker's voice is routed to the conference room's sound system and the moderator's control panel, offering a smooth and dynamic experience for both speakers and listeners.
